Frequently asked questions
What is worth knowing before you head into the desert.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is at 14:00 and departure is at 11:00.
Do you offer early arrival or late departure?
Standard departure is at 11:00. A later departure is available only when agreed in writing in advance, subject to availability, and may carry an additional charge.
Is there parking at the accommodation?
Yes. There is parking at the accommodation. Whether you are staying for one night or a week, your car will remain accessible during the stay.
Are there restaurants near the accommodation?
Yes. The older page recommended Shirli Art for breakfast and Chen Birotayim for dinner. In the village centre there is Cafe Ezuz, with fresh food, crepes, soups, salads, pizza and oven dishes. Small businesses and their opening hours change, so check directly before setting out.
Do you offer additional activities on site?
Yes. Depending on what can be arranged, there are seasonal activities and experiences, space for yoga classes and creative gatherings. We do not offer fixed lessons, but space and equipment for teachers and groups. You can also ask about aerial equipment such as trapeze and Pierre's music studio for musicians and artists. Every such use is arranged in advance and checked for date, equipment and safety.
Do you offer laundry or dry-cleaning services?
Yes. Paid laundry can be arranged during a stay. Let us know if you need it or would like to arrange a collection.
Can we bring pets?
Unfortunately, no. We keep the place pet-free for the comfort and safety of every guest, and there are animals of our own on site.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, though it can sometimes be weak.
Is there a kitchen?
Units with a kitchen have equipment for preparing meals. Because we are at the end of the road and there are no shops in the village, bring groceries in advance. The grocery shop in Ktziot is about 20 minutes before Ezuz. We are happy to help with meal planning.
Can you collect us? How do we get there?
A collection from the Ezuz bus stop, Nitzana or Ktziot can be checked in advance. By private car, take Route 6, then Route 40 and Route 211 toward Nitzana, then turn to Ezuz. Public-transport timetables change, so check them directly before leaving.
Can we hold an event at your place?
Events can be checked. This is a place where the desert reveals its magic, silence can be heard and stars fill the heart. There are few places with so little light pollution and such clear night skies. Contact Heli Tobiana for details, pricing and coordination.
Are there attractions or points of interest nearby?
Yes. There are many attractions and points of interest in the area. Find them on our Ezuz and surroundings page.
Is there a smoking policy for rooms and shared areas?
Yes. For every guest's comfort and safety, smoking is not allowed in rooms. It is allowed outside in shared areas.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on how you book. For Airbnb or Booking.com, check the terms on the booking page; for a direct booking, confirm them before finalising.
